Question 1

Do I need an appointment, or can I just drive in?

Accepted Answer

Both work — reach out through our contact form to set a time, or drive in and we'll fit you in as a bay opens up. Getting in touch ahead of time guarantees your spot during busy periods.

Question 2

How does pricing work for different vehicle types?

Accepted Answer

Every package scales by vehicle size — sedans are the base price, with SUVs/5-seaters and trucks/7-seaters priced up from there. See the full price breakdown on our Services page.

Question 3

What's the difference between the Car Wash packages?

Accepted Answer

Gloss Exterior is a fast exterior-only wash (~15 min). Gloss In & Out adds a full interior refresh (~30 min). Gloss Signature Detail is our full hand wash and interior detail (1–3 hours). Gloss Signature Plus is the complete treatment, including seat and carpet shampoo (3–4 hours). Add-ons like pet hair removal or ceramic shield boost are available with any package.

Question 4

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Every day: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Question 5

Do you offer ceramic coating or paint correction?

Accepted Answer

Yes — both are real, priced services. See the full pricing on our Services page. Since they're multi-hour jobs, contact us to arrange a time rather than just driving in.

Question 6

Do you service trucks, vans, or larger vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pricing covers everything from sedans to trucks and 7-seaters. Vans and oversized vehicles need a custom quote, so contact us directly for those.
